Information allocation on electronic drives;

Provide protection and care of printed and written works, cultural inheritance on the basis of modern technologies;
Provide modern and appropriate conditions for creative development of an individual;
Exchange of professional experience and make contacts with the world information centers and organizations;
The Union is authorized to run the enterprise work according to the existing legislation.
